St. Louis spare ribs rubbed with our signature seasoning and smoked 5-6 hours.

Pick from our 1/2 rack of ribs, pulled or chopped pork, sliced or chopped brisket, chicken, or hot link. Served basket style with to sides. Sorry no double ribs please.

Baked beans, coleslaw, and smoked pulled pork layered in a cup.

MAC & CHEESE SUNDAE

Mac & cheese, baked beans, and pulled pork layered in a cup.

BBQ SMOKED CHICKEN

White or dark meat

1/4 or 1/2 chicken

Steaks

Served with baked potato or mashed potato and gravy, fresh vegetable and Texas toast.
