Here at Triple P BBQ we pride ourselves on our use of the finest ingredients to cook the Sauk Valley’s favorite barbecue. We use only the finest pork shoulders and chicken raised here in the Midwest. Our use of the select fruitwoods give our barbecue its unique flavor. We believe that true BBQ is in the smoking technique & the flavor of the meat. Therefore, our sauce will always be on the side.
We proudly serve Braveheart Beef which comes from Angus-verified majority black hided cattle, known for producing beef with the best flavor & tenderness. Braveheart cattle are only transported 200 miles or less for processing, which puts less stress on the animals, adding to a more flavorful & tender meat profile.
